These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website emotion-jewels-shop.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products offered on it. By using the Website or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
The Website is an online shop selling jewellery and accessories. For any communication you can contact us at info@emotion-jewels-shop.com.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. To make purchases you must be at least 18 years old.
We make every effort to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Colours, sizes and details shown in photos may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and the handcrafted nature of some items. Such minor differences do not constitute a defect. All products are subject to availability.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applied is the one shown at the time the order is placed. In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability of the product, incomplete or incorrect data, suspected fraud or payment problems. In such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
Payment can be made using the methods shown at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal or other available methods). Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store your card details. The order is processed only after payment has been successfully completed.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times shown on the Website are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please check the package on delivery and report any visible damage to the courier and to us as soon as possible. Customs duties and taxes for deliveries outside the European Union, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to info@emotion-jewels-shop.com, including your order number.
Consumers within the European Union are entitled to the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from delivery for defects existing at the time of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, improper use, accidents, contact with chemicals, water or perfumes, or unauthorised repairs. To report a defect, contact info@emotion-jewels-shop.com with your order number and photos of the product.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as strikes, natural events or technical failures of third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.
All content on the Website, including texts, images, logos, graphics and product designs, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory protection granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence has jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where available.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after their publication on the Website. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
